Now Hiring Community Support Workers (CSW)

Our Comprehensive Community Support Program (CCSS) is designed to empower individuals with the knowledge and tools they need to build healthy relationships and navigate sexual challenges. Join us in making a positive impact on the lives of our clients in the Albuquerque community. We offer comprehensive training and mentorship to qualified individuals, regardless of prior experience in sexual health. In this role, you’ll play a vital role in helping clients address various sexual concerns within a safe and supportive environment. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but we highly value a passion for helping others and a commitment to creating a supportive space. CSW training provided.

Schedule: Flexible based on your availability.

Location: In-person from our Albuquerque office, telehealth, and in the community as needed.

Job Types: W2, Full-time, Part-time

Compensation: $25+ per hour, based on experience
