Master’s Level Clinicians With An Interest In Sexual Health

Are you a licensed therapist in New Mexico with a clinical interest in sexual health, sex therapy, and relationships? Albuquerque Sex Therapy is guided by the Clinical Assessment Group and specializes in a sex-positive, evidence-informed approach. Required Licensure: LMHC, LMSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW. Therapists do not need to have any specialized training in sex therapy or sexual health, just a desire or interest in working with this population while accessing training, development, and regular supervision.

Schedule: Flexible based on your availability.

Location: In-person from our Albuquerque office, telehealth from anywhere in New Mexico, and hybrid options are available.

Client Population: Prospective clients present with a wide range of issues related to sexual health and relationships. We treat adults, couples, and parents struggling with sexually related concerns for their children. Presenting issues can include sexual shame, moral incongruence, desire discrepancy, relationship style diversity, and problematic or compulsive sexual behaviors, to name a few.

Job Types: W2, Full-time, Part-time

Compensation: $55–65 per hour

Special Training Opportunity: To provide relevant training on the foundations of sex therapy and sexual health, we provide our team members access to thousands of dollars worth of specialized training with the Sexual Health Alliance, which is at the forefront of clinical sexual health education, training, and certification. This opportunity includes approximately 75+ hours of expert training and resources that can count toward full sex therapy certification and is provided as a complimentary benefit to our clinicians. Bachelor-Level Community Support Workers (CSW)

At Albuquerque Sex Therapy, we believe sexual well-being is an essential part of overall health. Our Comprehensive Community Support Program (CCSS) is designed to empower individuals with the knowledge and tools they need to build healthy relationships and navigate sexual challenges. Join us in making a positive impact on the lives of our clients in the Albuquerque community. We offer comprehensive training and mentorship to qualified individuals, regardless of prior experience in sexual health. In this role, you’ll play a vital role in helping clients address various sexual concerns within a safe and supportive environment. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but we highly value a passion for helping others and a commitment to creating a supportive space. CSW training provided.

Schedule: Flexible based on your availability.

Location: In-person from our Albuquerque office, telehealth, and in the community as needed.

Compensation: $25+ per hour, based on experience
