Community Support For Crisis Services

Clinical Assessment Group + New Mexico Crisis Counseling seek compassionate and dedicated Bachelor-Level Community Support Workers (CSWs) to join our team. We provide vital, short-term, crisis intervention services to individuals experiencing suicidal ideation or crisis. This role will have the opportunity to support other clients that qualify for CCSS services in addition to crisis support.

In this role, you will:

• Support clients in crisis in collaboration with their treatment team.
• Provide support and resources necessary to promote recovery and resilience.
• Assist with implementing safety planning.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals.

Compensation: $25+ per hour, based on experience
